If something in your order is missing parts or assembly hardware, please contact Wholesale Furniture Brokers as soon as possible. Our manufacturers stock spare parts and we will make sure you get whatever is missing as quickly as possible. In the rare event that an item in your order becomes defective, please let us know. All of our products are covered by their manufacturers' warranty which are typically one year, but will vary. If you would like to know specific details for a product, we are more than happy to answer your questions.
Any shipments that are in transit or have been delivered in the last 5 days, are covered by our Claims policy. If your furniture arrives damaged, it is very important to take notes of any damages to the furniture in your order as well as any damage to the boxes on the shipping documentation. You must get in contact with Wholesale Furniture Brokers within 5 days so that we can mitigate with the shipping company that delivered your furniture. Your furniture will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to you at the discretion of Wholesale Furniture Brokers. Once you have contacted us in regards to the damage, we will send documentation which details the claim procedure and possible solutions.
