Shipping and Inventory

All Prepac ready-to-assemble products are shipped flat packed with foam injection packaging to minimize product damage. This ensures low cost shipping and handling fees. Prepac maintains a large inventory and predicts demand trends ensuring stock is always available. They ship all orders with two business days and boasts industry leading order processing, tracking, and fulfilment logistics.

Prepac produces all of its products in North America in a highly automated “just-in-time” factory. There are several quality control steps involved in the manufacturing process and all components are once again carefully inspected on their packaging line. They fully assemble one of each unit after each production run to ensure that all components are included in final packaging.

Warranty

Prepac offers a 5-year consumer limited warranty against product defects. These RTA products require adult assembly and should be installed using appropriate safety measures. Should a product prove to be defective in manufacturing, material, or workmanship, a similar replacement part will be provided at no charge.
