A Euro King Mattress should be about 79"D x 71"W. A standard King size mattress is typically 80"D x 76"W, so while a Euro King size would likely fit the Worth Platform Bed, you would probably have extra space between the edges of the mattress and the ledge featured on the bed. A standard size mattress is recommended.
