"I would like to thank the staff at Wholesale Furniture Brokers (WFB) for their professionalism and prompt resolution of an issue I had with my furniture purchase. Upon receipt of a bed and dresser, I noticed that one bed rail was cracked and there were a few places on the top edge of the inside of a dresser drawer with a finish blemish. I called WFB and they didn't hesitate to figure out a way to remedy the problems. I e-mailed a few pictures and they e-mailed me back agreeing that something would be done. They sent me brand new rails and a credit to be used to get repair of the drawer done locally. During all of this, WFB was respectful, polite and always kept me informed of the status of the solution. They made everything right. I would not hesitate buying from WFB again. What was wrong with the furniture was in no way their fault, but they took care of it as if it was. I am very loyal to any business that puts the customer first. I was hesitant about buying on-line because of possible lack of customer service and the unknown, but WFB take good care of me. The furniture is even nicer than the picture on-line. Anytime I am in the market to buy furniture on-line, I will go to WFB first. During the order process, WFB sent e-mails updating me constantly as to the status of my order. If I had any questions there was someone there to talk to. They were also very cooperative on scheduling delivery at my convenience. I chose the day and time even though it was delivered by an independent delivery company who was very cooperative as well. Overall, ordering from WFB was a positive experience. Chairs arrived in good condition. Assembly was pretty fast. I noted that the chairs appeared to be very well made structurally. They are better than we expected and are a bargain for the price. It is too bad the manufacturer in China does not offer more colors and options for fabric instead of leather. Are you a vendor for Palliser Furniture? They are a Canadian manufacturer. "Wholesale Furniture Brokers did an amazing job finding me a black leather sectional sofa that was already in stock! I expressed my need to them that I have a lot of company coming for the holidays and will need a sofa within 3 weeks. I mentioned that my first preference would be black and they went out of their way to find me a black leather sectional only 2 1/2 hours away from where I live! I called on Monday and had a new sofa sitting in my living room the following Friday.
