We are dedicated to giving you the most for your money and even subsidize the cost of shipping and insure every shipment to make certain that your furniture gets to you safely.

Want Your Furniture Setup in Your Home?
Just like any furniture order, we want you to be able to customize your delivery options. If you choose to have your furniture delivered to your home, you will be notified by the delivery company to setup a delivery time when the furniture arrives in your area from the manufacturer.
With our Home Delivery with In-Home Setup option, you won’t have to stress about damaging your furniture while setting it up or moving it around your home. This service provides you with the luxury of having one of our affiliates do it for you! If you choose the In-Home Setup option, your service will include delivery to the room of your choice, 30 minutes of setup (with tools if necessary), and debris removal. How Long Does Shipping Take?
When you are shopping for furniture, you will find availability information on each listing. For example, on a listing the availability information might say, “Ships in 2 – 6 weeks.” This information will tell you approximately what time your furniture can be expected to be with a shipping company. Shipping can take an extra 5 – 15 days. The time range depends on the manufacturer. Once we have the order in with the manufacturer, we will contact you within 2 business days with a more specific delivery date.
Want Your Furniture Delivered to a Wholesale Furniture Brokers’ Outlet?
Our prices online include shipping from the manufacturer to one of our outlets. You can have your furniture shipped to a local outlet where you can pick-up your order free of charge by appointment. You save money when you choose to ship to a local outlet because shipping rates are lower. Our outlets benefit from competitive local shipping company prices and shipping rates to a commercial address are less expensive. Click here for our list of local outlets.
What If I Don't Have An Outlet In My Area?
If you aren’t able to pick up your order at one of our listed outlets, then you will need to select either Home Delivery or Home Delivery with In-Home Setup. See the rates above. Your order will be delivered to you by our ‘white-glove’ home delivery service or by UPS (for smaller items).
What Is Your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us and have your furniture returned. You must claim your return within 2 days from the date you receive your furniture with a Return Authorization Number and must get prior authorization from a manager at Wholesale Furniture Brokers. To get your return authorization number, you must contact Wholesale Furniture Brokers or the furniture outlet you received your order from with your claim. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. If you return your furniture with authorization, you are responsible for Return Shipping Fees which are not the same cost as your original delivery charge. The Return Shipping Fee is estimated at 15 – 25% of the purchase price. The actual charge will be deducted from your refund which will be refunded after we receive the shipment in good order.
If you decide to return your furniture, a 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned merchandise, plus actual shipping charges to receive the product from the manufacturer, plus all shipping charges to return the furniture to the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT: Refuse Damaged Furniture! If your furniture arrives damaged, contact us immediately and do not sign for your order. You must get in contact with Wholesale Furniture Brokers so that we can mitigate with the shipping company. The shipping company will proceed to replace damaged furniture and ship them back to your home. Your furniture will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Want to Exchange Your Order? You may exchange your original purchase for other items of equal or greater value if the furniture received is undamaged and in the original condition and packaging and delivered back to the same warehouse or where it was locally delivered from. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to exchanges of merchandise for equal or greater value. You must pay any additional shipping charges to return your furniture to the manufacturer and pay for additional shipping charges to deliver your exchanged furniture back to your home or local furniture outlet.
