actual furniture outlets has been expanding for our markets in the US and
Canada. Every month brings new records and new challenges. Our team has expanded
over the past two years opening room for five full-time administrative

Furniture Brokers is also affiliated with the Thompson Rivers University (TRU)
Co-op program. We have accepted four TRU students who needed practical job

overseas at our branch office located in Chongqing, China. The team in China
consists of four data entry assistants, one computer software engineer, one
marketing manager, and one branch office manager.

Job Description:
Bookkeeping
Administrative Assistant: responsibilities include creating invoices &
sending them to clients by email, fax, or mail, entering bills into Quickbooks
and verifying the details and amount are correct, writing cheques and mailing
payments on time, ensuring customer and client payments are processed, managing
claims against the merchant processor account, protecting the company and
customers against fraud using simple fraud screening techniques, and answering
phones / Live Chat to help customers.
Skills Needed: Must be an entrepreneur in nature.
Attitude is more important to the success of this professional relationship than
any learned “skills.” Characteristics we value are confidence, ingenuity,
initiative, determination, and ambition. Candidates should be
knowledgeable and hopefully, proficient with phones, computers, and programs
including: Outlook, Excel, Word, FrontPage, Quick Books, and Web based
applications. Experience in Quick Books is an asset. Must be able to
handle multiple tasks at the same time, think on his/her feet and be flexible
