Have you considered putting the address of your store on your website? My wife and I were planning a trip to Columbus, Ohio, to purchase some leather furniture. When we went to your website and selected "Store Locations" and clicked on Columbus, Ohio, we found a nice website with a good selection of furniture products, but could not find where the store was located! You should have someone in your marketing department put themselves in a consumer's position, without any knowledge of your store, and see how difficult it is to find the store on the website. Oh yes, when I called the phone number on the website, I got a recording saying that the office was closed. You must have spent a lot of money to promote your products, but a simple thing like telling us where your store is seems to me a key ingredient that is missing.

Unfortunately we no longer have stores in many of the locations on our "Store Locations" page, including Columbus Ohio. Our regular business hours are between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm PST. There is always someone waiting to take your call during that time.
