Caring For Your Coja Leather Furniture
Your Coja leather living room furniture can remain
soft and supple for many years with proper care. When cleaning your Coja
leather sofa or recliner you should regularly dust and wipe with a moist cloth. If
leather becomes soiled with grease, beer, wine, coffee, or other household
hazards, wipe immediately using a sponge or chamois with lukewarm water and a
small amount of mild soap. Rub lightly in a circular motion, then gently wipe
dry with a cloth. To remove ballpoint pen marks, rub very lightly with a soft
pencil eraser.
When Using A Leather Cleaning Kit, Carefully
Follow These Directions:
Only regular vacuuming with a soft brush is recommended for natural, full aniline (ANI)
leathers, no water or other liquids. Never use saddle soap, shoe polish, oil,
vinegar, or any chemical substance on Coja leather. For damaged leather, we
recommend you contact a professional cleaner.

How Coja Sofas Are Made
Everything at Coja leather is still done by hand, from selecting top grade leather to personal service, every step receives that personal touch. The award winning team at Coja has developed exquisite designs and outstanding levels of comfort. Coja achieves such a high standard with its huge selection of the finest top grade hides on the market. The hides Coja uses are aniline died for full depth and consistency of color. Coja carries a wide selection of traditional earth tones, and all of the latest colors to create pieces that are bold, contemporary, and fashionable.
Sewing is another stage of specialized workmanship. A key feature of Coja's technique is a spot stitch of Dacron padding. The additional security of stitching it to the leather will reduce any danger of future slippage. The machines represent the latest in sewing technology, which allow for different grades of thread and computerized stitching designs.
Coja's base frames are constructed of the highest quality materials available. The frame stress points are reinforced for maximum life. The backs of the frames use webbing. Screw nails hold the spring sections firmly to the frame and give a final tie-in to the webbing.
Heavy felt decking is added to cover the base. All exposed wood and surfaces off the base are given a layer of foam rubber to ensure a soft and solid touch all around before the leather upholstery is applied. The pieces are tie-in for strength and durability.
During the final stage, sofa and loveseat arms are assembled by Coja's experienced craftspeople. Seat cushions use high resilient density foam. They are CFC free and conform to the strictest fire codes in North American. The back filling machine allow for the use of high quality fiber resulting in the cushions that hold their shape and are made to last. All of the pieces come together into the finished product.
Coja pays special attention to packing. Each unit is specially shrink-wrapped to guard against dust and moisture. Double walled cardboard protects the product against the hazards of travel. These measures ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition.
In as little as four weeks, the product is off to market!
