Lilac Bamboo Screen

I personally find bamboo to be very relaxing in and of itself - there's nothing quite like having tea in a grove of bamboo shoots, but if you want to take that feeling home, furniture like this bamboo screen is a good option. As mentioned in the product description, bamboo is a rapidly growing renewable resource. In fact, in part due to its strength and due to its growth speed, bamboo is used in Asia for a plethora of applications, from building construction, to manual labour, and even as food. The width of this screen is thin - but don't let that fool you; bamboo is stronger than Red Oak. If you're after a nice ambiance, consider using this screen as a backdrop to a tea drinking area in your living room, partially screening a light source.
