Wool Rug
Personally, I'm more of a shag rug fan. I like the warm and cozy effect. When I saw this wool rug, I decided that I would change my mind. There are a lot of things to consider before you can finally say wool rugs are good. I'll start with four points:
First and foremost, I especially like the design of this rug by Chandra Rugs. It looks contemporary with a touch of traditional design - maybe because it comes from India. I think this will fit perfectly with my collection of contemporary furniture.
Second thing I love about this rug is it's made of wool. Wool is an all-natural material. It poses less health risks. I'm allergic to synthetic materials and wool is hypo-allergenic so that will be a great advantage for me.
Thirdly, this rug is made of New Zealand wool. Most rug manufacturers choose New Zealand wool because it is a higher quality - it is thicker and smoother.
Lastly, the fact that this rug has been hand-knotted in India makes this rug worth buying. Indian craftsmen are masters of weaving rugs. It has been in their culture and tradition for generations.
Well, these are just a few good qualities I like about this rug. I'm sure there's more. Wait... you may notice that this is offered in a very low price compared to your local rug retailers. If you're planning to buy this rug, perhaps that would settle your decision.
