When buying the 8" pPrimo foam mattress the 349$ price,that is it include foundation or just the mattress?

The price is for the mattress only. There is an option to add a platform bed frame, if needed.

Is there any instructions or things I should know to do after opening the box and setting the bed up? Like walking on it or anything else?

Memory Foam mattresses come tightly packed, or compressed, to make shipping easy and less expensive. You should remove it from the packaging within 72 hours and allow for about 48 hours for the mattress to return to its original shape. Walking or laying on the mattress shouldn't affect decompression but it's probably best to leave the mattress alone while it regains it's shape.
